1) Eligibility

The Services are intended for users 13 years of age or older. If you are under 13, do not use the Services. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you should use the Services only with permission of a parent/guardian.

2) Accounts

• You may need an account to use some features.
• You are responsible for your account activity and keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal activity, harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or try to extract source code except where allowed by law.
• Copy, sell, resell, or distribute the Services or content without permission.
• Use automated tools (bots/scrapers) to access the Services in a way that harms or bypasses protections.

4) Content and intellectual property

• The Services (including lessons, audio, design, and branding) are owned by Tooti or its licensors and are protected by law.
• You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Services for your own learning.
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the content unless we give you permission.

5) Subscriptions, purchases, and billing

If the App offers subscriptions or in-app purchases, those purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play (not directly by us). Your purchase, cancellation, and refund rules are governed by Apple/Google’s terms and policies.

6) Third-party services and links

The Services may integrate third-party services (for example, analytics, crash reporting, ads, or sign-in providers) or link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use may be subject to their terms.

7) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tooti will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we believe it is necessary for security, safety, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.

10) Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above. If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice in the app or on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws based on where Tooti operates, unless local law requires otherwise. (You can add a specific state/country later when your company/legal setup is final.)
