These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tooti mobile application (the “App”) and website (tootiapp.com) (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility

The Services are intended for users aged 13 or older. If you are under 13 you may not use the Services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or guardian permission.

2) Accounts

You may need an account to access certain features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for activities conducted through your account.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Services for illegal activities.
Harass, abuse, or harm others.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the Services.
Reverse engineer or decompile the application except where allowed by law.
Copy, resell, or redistribute the Services without permission.
Use automated bots or scraping tools in a way that harms the platform.

4) Intellectual property

The Services including content, lessons, audio, graphics, and branding are owned by Tooti or its licensors.
You receive a limited personal license to use the Services for learning purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

5) Virtual items and in-app currency

The App may include digital items such as XP, diamonds, tries, streaks, and other virtual rewards.

These items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. Tooti may modify or remove virtual items at any time.

6) Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by:

Apple App Store
Google Play Store

Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal period.

Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their App Store or Google Play account settings.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

7) Third-party services

The Services may integrate third-party services including:

Google Firebase (analytics, messaging, crash reporting)
Google AdMob (advertising)
Apple Sign In / Google Sign In

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

8) WhatsApp support

Tooti may provide support through WhatsApp. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp you will leave the App and communicate through WhatsApp's platform.

Your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.

9) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific learning outcomes.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tooti is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of the Services.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

12) Account deletion

Users may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting us via email.

13) Changes to services or terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

14) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which Tooti operates, unless local law requires otherwise.
